Training  

At VR MASTER we train the client’s personnel in the use of the installation and equipment employed.

The courses are lectured by VR MASTER technical
personnel, specialized in the system.

We transmit proven theory know-how and practical application, that enable for the optimum use of each installation.

   
Repairs and Spare parts  

Our Service department controls all the spare parts
stocks required for the correct operation of each installation.
In addition we control all the repairs carried out on equipment supplied by us within the scope of the project.




   
Technical Assistance  

VR MASTER has available highly qualified technical
personnel to provide Technical Assistance Services 24
hours/day 365 days/year.
The client is able to design the service that best meets its
needs, coverage time, response time and type of service
required.

   
Comprehensive Maintenance  
VR MASTER provides corrective and preventive maintenance services by high qualified personnel.

Corrective Maintenance: This service makes available to our clients the people and material required to eliminate any abnormally occurring in the supplied system, during the contracted period, without any additional charge for labor and materials used, and no limitation to the number of incidents.

Covers all the systems: Automation, Communications, Display, Network, Drives and Control, etc., both software and hardware through the technical resources and tools available on-site.

Preventive Maintenance: With this service the Client is at all times informed about the condition of its Automation, Communications, Display, Network, Control, and other systems, via programmed inspections carried out by specialized technical personnel. Our technical personnel execute the tasks required to maintain the equipment in full and reliable operation, at time intervals indicated by the Client, giving the installation an added-value.

   
On-line Technical Assistance

Using state-of-the-art telecommunication resources, directly from our offices, we are able to connect with the installations control, supervision and diagnosis systems (Automation units, HMI).

With this technology we can avoid the need of having technical personnel travel to the locations where assistance is required. Hence, a cost-saving since traveling
