2022 VR MASTER is awarded a contract for water plant automation upgrading project from Tata Steel Manufacturing (Thailand). The scope of supply includes supply of equipment & software, engineering, installation & commissioning as well as basic training for TIA. The new control system configuration is based on Siemens S7-1500 with remote I/O’’s ET200SP. Networking communication & controls via Profinet and HMI SCADA PCs including iBA PC for fast diagnostic monitoring application.

The new automation system controls the filtration and backwash process, scale pit, air compressors, start/stop pumps to supply cold water to the machines and general water use in the plant.
